Very friendly and easy to talk to when it came to what we wanted. From there we spent a month looking for a home for my mom and I. During that time Josh handled 2 different house searches with very different expectations at the same time. Mom and I found what we wanted and couldn't be more happier. We will always recommend Josh!

I would suggest James for any house needs (buying or selling). He is very friendly and a huge part of the community which helps with getting what you need done. He is always quick to take care of whats needed and is on the ball, if something happens and it’s important you are going to hear from him first. House buying is a stressful process and he does all he can to take the weight off of you. It’s hard to find someone that has passion past the paycheck it seems, but James is willing to put in 110% just for customer satisfaction. Thankful he was with me every step of the way

When your looking to buy a home there is an abundance of anxiety and stress, but with the right Realtor the experience can be AMAZING. That AMAZING experience is what you get with James Adams. My deal was far from easy but James walked me through every twist and turn. He dealt with everything from keeping communication going with my mortgage process to making sure all parties were informed every step of the way. Most importantly he made sure that my interests were always protected. I honestly can’t say enough about James. He is honest, open, patient and incredibly knowledgeable. Josh came recommended to us by 2 different friends. When we met with him we had already been let down by other realtors and lenders who either couldn't help us or just didn't care to. Our credit wasn't the greatest and neither was our budget. But Josh was determined and committed to helping us. His team made everything as easy and painless as possible. This was my first time buying a house so I was very nervous about the process. Josh was great at reassuring me every step of the way and explaining everything in ways i could understand. I felt confident he wouldn't let us make a decision that was bad for us. Within 60 days he had us under contract, and within another 30ish days his team had us closing on our first home! Josh, i don't even know where to begin... We've been working towards this goal for 5 years. There were times that we worked with other realtors and lenders that left us feeling utterly hopeless. Then I called you. We were told you're the best so we met you with the mindset of, "if he can't get us into a house its just not meant to be right now". From the first conversation we knew we were in the right hands. We left your office confident that you would get us into a house because YOU exude confidence, optimism and positivity and it's contagious. Was that meeting even 3 months ago? Wow! Josh, You are everything a realtor should be! Your professionalism and generalized knowledge of the business is unparalleled. Thank you for not giving up on us. Thank you for lifting us up when we felt discouraged. Thank you for offering solutions and alternatives anytime something got in our way. Thank you for always looking out for our best interest! We are so grateful to you and your team! Every single person we dealt with went above and beyond for us. We worried a lot and asked a million questions, but you guys were always there for us, even answering emails, texting replies and drafting contracts late into the night at times. Moving from New Jersey to Florida was a hugh undertaking and to make it worse, throw in purchasing a home in an area that you had only visited a handful of times in a state you knew virtually noting about living in and you end up with a horror show. That's what my first though was before we made the initial call to Josh (who answered my plea for help on facebook). What made me call Josh and not the 100 of other people that answered my recommendation ad, was the first words that came out of his mouth, they were, " if you have an hour I will teach you". That is all i needed to hear, and teach me he did! I felt so comfortable with what he was telling me, his knowledge from everything from real estate to sink holes to flood zone was so impressive that I felt like I have lived in the area for years and I trusted everything that he said. Josh NEVER steered me in the wrong direction. He always answered my calls and always had the answers. So we got down the initial step and the next thing to do was to find a mortgage company in Florida. Josh to the rescue.. he connected us to Jason who couldn't have been anymore informative if he wanted to be. Then there was Anna.. the house hunt was on.. GEEZ I thought, this guy sure knows some good talented and educated people. 6 months later I closed on my house with such ease that it still feels like a dream, like I am waiting still for something to go wrong. I would HIGHLY recommend Josh to anyone, any day, anytime. Keep up the Great work you do, you are making dreams come true!/Anna was referred to us through Josh Hanoud in May. It was the best meeting I have ever had. I have never meet anyone so genuine and knowledgeable. Anna guided us through the whole buying process and we couldn't have been happier. When she was showing us home after home it was as though she was purchasing the home for herself, she showed us what to look out for, she was very honest as to say if we should stay away from a home or not. We were purchasing a home form out of state, and this was so nerve racking! Anna took care of all the details, Inspections and meeting that we could not be there for. The lengths that she went were well above our expectations and there were even times we were questioning if she was going too above and beyond, we felt bad she was doing all this for us.... bad but extremely grateful. If anyone is looking for a realtor in the Tampa Bay area.. This is your girl!
