Linda is very knowledgeable about real estate transactions. Given the scarcity of inventory, we had to look at homes over a broad geographic area. Further, we had some unique requirements as we have three adults who all work from home, so we were a bit discriminating and had certain non-negotiables. Linda helped us separate the wheat fro the chaff. Throughout the process Linda was extremely responsive and made herself available whenever needed. Once we made an offer and was under contract, we ran into several stumbling blocks with the Seller, who happened to be on a cruise, during the due diligence process leading to the closing. There were several moments where the deal could have disintegrated, but Linda negotiated aggressively on our behalf and we as not afraid to tell us when the deal was as good as it was going to get. Despite Linda’s cordial manner she has true grit and was firm negotiator. It was a pleasure dealing with Linda. I would engage her again in a heartbeat. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for representation in a real estate transaction. I truly felt she was working to meet our requirements and NOT JUST FOR THE COMMISSION!! (This was a rare experience for me in working with real estate agents!)

There are not enough words I can say about Linda. She demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, attention to detail and showed compassion and understanding to my personal dilemma. She worked tirelessly in help selling my son's property with the upmost care. It was difficult time for my family and Linda went above and beyond to help me for which I am trying my best to convey but seems to fall short. She is the gold standard of how a realtor should provide services to client. She made me feel that I wasn't just a client, but a person who mattered. Linda, on behalf of my family through this difficult time you have been a shining light at the end of a dark tunnel. It has been my pleasure to have known you.
