Working with Joe was amazing! Joe is our 3rd agent with which we've worked since 2010 and our previous agents were quite helpful. Joe, though, went above and beyond. He came to our (very old) home initially to help us understand what updates we should do (and, what ones we could pass on!) to get the house in the best position possible for selling at a good price. While selling a historic home wasn't easy, Joe helped us navigate offers falling through and interesting potential buyer behaviors. He was always a text away and was incredibly fast and thorough in his responses. We ended up getting full asking price and couldn't be happier in our choice of going with Joe. Should we need to sell our current house, we'll be calling Joe, again, and, if you are in the market, you should, too!!

If you're looking for a home in Grant County Joe is the way to go. Excellent expertise on the area. He is very responsive to questions and made the home-buying experience easier than we could have imagined!

I selected Joe Schroder from all the reviews I read across many sites. I was not disappointed. As an executor dealing with a home from out of state there were many unknowns in this market. The first meeting with Joe, at the home, made it easy to make many decisions on how to move forward with the sale of the home. The process of getting the home on the market and out for potential buyers to see was very quick. Within the week multiple buyers were placing their bids and we were able to get more than the asking price for the home. Joe Schroder knows his market and is very professional to work with. I highly recommend him.

If you want to sell your property fast, call Joe. He’s not one of “the good ol boys” whose family name has a monopoly on real estate in the Grant County area. Joe comes with fresh new innovative ideas, he’s focused, listens and comes prepared with a game plan. Joe thoroughly explained the process every step of the way, and was a phone call away if I had a question. Joe is the next generation in real estate. My home sold in 3 days, The offer was over my asking price and WAS CASH! Plus in the middle of all this, I moved out of state. I closed the property from Houston. A man came to my house! So easy. Thank you Joe!

Mr. Schroder worked with my family to find our dream home. He is very knowledgable and was quick to answer any questions we had. He got us a great deal in a great location. There is a reason he sells more realistate than anyone else, he works hard to satisfy his clients.
