Jody assisted us in checking out a number of homes in the Olympia area, on fairly short notice and coordinated a morning / afternoon schedule for us with the different homes we had found through our online research. She provided invaluable feedback and her honest opinion on each of the homes that we had selected and stayed objective throughout the process. Once we had visited the homes we were interested in, she made herself pretty much always available for questions and we had a lot of them being first time buyers. She was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process. Once we made our choice she again provided great guidance and direction, making the whole process very easy for us. As we were located outside the immediate area she more or less handled all of the coordinating / scheduling / in person items that could be handled by someone else outside of us. After we had made our offer and it was accepted our mortgage broker and lender began dragging their feet and taking extra time, which was very frustrating for us as we had a hard deadline that we had to move by. Yet again, Jody came to the rescue and assisted with keeping tabs on our broker and lender, requesting updates and helping usher the process along on our behalf. In the end we were able to make our move in date which I don’t think would have been possible without her help. I can say with absolute confidence if Jody hadn’t been our real estate agent and hadn’t put as much effort as she had into getting us into our home this process would have taken much longer and it would have been a lot more difficult. We felt as that she was truly by our side throughout the whole process and helped so much along the way. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with her. Highly, highly recommended.

I worked with Jody for a few years as i was wishy washy the first couple of years whether i really wanted to buy or not but even throughout that period in my life Jody was always there to answer any questions or to show me any house i wanted to see. Her response time was amazing, i always heard back from her quickly. Another thing that i really loved about Jody was that she was up front and honest. if something wasnt gonna work with a house, she was the first one to tell me "no, this wont work!" I had a great experience with Jody and plan to use her in the future!!

We met Jody when we met to view a home that was available. We placed an offer on that home and it got declined. We then found a new home to place an offer on, and it was accepted. The lender delayed us time and time again, to the point that when the contract period expired, and we still didn't have an answer from the underwriter, she chose to no longer do business with us. Was not a professional approach to a real estate transaction, as things fall through every day, and most of the time NOT at the fault of the borrower. We found a new agent, have made an offer on a new home that was accepted and we expect to close within the month, with NO help from this agent. I now have a realtor to work with, that knows that situations happen, and that its part of the business.

Jody represented my wife and I while we worked through a short sale. We absolutely could not have hoped for a better realtor. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and persistent. With her help we went from list to close in less than 6 months, on a short sale!

Reviewed numerous homes in a short period of time and closed the deal very quickly on the selected home with Jody's help. Excellent access to local contractors who quickly completed the necessary inspections. Jody listens carefully to the client and is realistic when advising and showing homes currently listed in the target market area. <br/><br/>In summary.. Fun, energetic and knowledgeable Real Estate Professional who I would highly recommend.
