Jennifer Smeltzer is a rock star realtor! We flew into Kansas City from Alaska with the plan of finding a house to buy within our first week, and thanks to Jennifer, we did. We started the relationship with a professional presentation where Jennifer showed us the current market trends, the risks, and how she was going to ease the stress. She followed up with questions about our criteria and budget. Minutes after the presentation, she sent us a list of 30 houses that fit the criteria and everyday for three days she sent more. She put us in touch with a top-notch lender and we started the loan application minutes after we met. Jennifer Smeltzer made us feel heard, respected, and comforted. She never pushed us into buying something. From the first presentation to the consistent text messages and availability to the house searches and selection of the perfect place for our family. Jennifer was always available, patient, and understanding. Our goal of finding a buying a house within one week of being in KC happened only because of Jennifer. She was a bulldog when it came to negotiation with the seller, and even after the closing she insisted on the seller paying us money for the property not being as cleaned up as it should have been. She provided us with local contacts to do our maintenance work, locksmith work, and whatever else we needed. I’m so glad we found Jennifer! As first time home buyers we had no idea what our expectations should be and she made the house buying process so easy and non-stressful. Jennifer had amazing communication and was so easy to contact. She helped us to know what our experience would look like at every turn.
