I can confidently say I have 0 complaints. Jennifer was able to answer every question I had and was very patient with me which means a lot as a first time home owner. I would highly recommend!

She did a wonderful job. If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have been able to do the process. She walked me through everything and made sure that everyone was on the same page and things were completed correctly. She never had any issue with answering my questions as a first time home buyer, and stayed connected with me throughout the process just to check on me and to provide updates. Anything that came up that was slightly not as planned she took are of it immediately and got the things we needed. I’m so happy I found her, I felt there was an actual bond were I was understood and heard throughout the entire process. I will forever recommend her to anybody looking for an agent as a home buyer. She made sure I was getting what I could afford and what was worth my money, and was always ontop of her game. If I could rate 10 stars I would, she deserved it.

It was a wonderful experience working with Jennifer burns especially as a first time home buyer she made things significantly easier using her professionalism and negotiation skills along with vast knowledge. Highly recommend if you are looking for one of the best!

As a first time homebuyer, I wasn’t sure where to begin with much of the process. From day one, Jennifer made the whole endeavor painless and made me feel comfortable with the purchase I was about to make. Even with my grueling schedule, she was always quick to answer any questions I had. She is honest, prompt, and so helpful in accommodating anything you made need. She handles her business in a very professional manner and explains things in a way that can be easily understood by anyone. I write this review from the comfort of my new home, and I highly encourage everyone who is thinking about buying to take the journey with this exceptional lady!
