Living in New York and selling in Florida is not the ideal scenario, especially with the state of the condo market in south Florida, but fortunately for me, Jenn was handling things for me. Having once made my living as a real estate broker, I am not easy to impress. That being said, Jenn exceeded my expectations during every phase of the process. If you are buying or selling in her area, and don't avail yourself of her representation, it's definitely your loss.

I was delighted to work with Jen Manzella on getting my new home in Florida. As a veteran I would recommend her to any of family members and friends. She did an amazing job helping me shop. She was helpful in making the process comfortable and re-assuring. It was so amazing to see how the process works. The whole time I worked with her she made it a fun situation. Jenn has been nothing short of amazing to work with in helping me to sell my investment property and this comes from someone who has high standards as a licensed & experienced realtor! From the very beginning when I was interviewing agents to help me sell my property she was impressive! She has a wealth of experience, pays great attention to detail, easy to communicate with, and is extremely responsive. As an out of state owner she made this process as seamless as possible & had very helpful relationships with local contractors and handyman to help make quick repairs after the inspection. I will forever refer any of my own clients to her if they are looking to buy/sell a home in central Florida & I would use her again for myself. She is one of the best in the business!

My wife and I have had the awesome pleasure of working with Jenn for the sale of our home. From our very first conversation, Jenn was extremely attentive to our desires and very informative as to all we would need to do to move forward with the sale. Being described as one of the most difficult times to sell real estate, Jenn was very encouraging and patient with us as we dealt with the different offers that came in. In the end, my wife and I were very pleased with the outcome and if we ever need to, we would definitely use Jenn again without hesitation.

Jenn was so great to work with. She was able to help us find and secure our amazing home in Orlando. She is so well prepared and really took much of the stress off of our search. Can’t say enough good things.
