I’m new to the area and had no idea where to start looking for a new place to lease. I found a place on Zillow and Jeff was the agent. He was very helpful and kind. Will definitely use him when I’m ready to purchase my own property.

Jeff told me and my husband he would take care of us like family. Jeff recommended painting our unfinished basement. The painter that did the basement showed up in 2 days and did a great job. What a big difference painting made on an unfinished basement. Small changes and attention to details made a big difference in the staging of the house. We had several offers in a couple of days. Jeff made sure papers were in order for the closing. It was pleasure working with Jeff. We've relocated several times and Jeff is a real professional!

Jeff was introduced by a good friend of ours, he sold their home in Winding Creek in 2018. The friend told us Jeff would always try his best to work for you, and a very good communicator between seller and buyer to resolve any issues. It was very true during our home sales; He sold our home in two weeks after going to public, his effort has made a stressful home selling process in a difficult time smooth and manageable. He repaired basement windows, rearranged furniture before showings. After inspection, he bought materials from Home Depot, installed smoke detector in every room to current standard. He also replaced, repaired and cleaned vent dryer in crawl space, it was a dusty job in a narrow space. He is a hands-on realtor every seller would like to have. He also found people took all the furniture we have to dispose. During the entire process, Jeff has always responded to phone calls and text messages promptly. I worked in home building business for more than a decade, have worked with sales people and realtors, they all have their own work styles. Jeff is unique in having an accounting major and entrepreneur experiences; he integrated those background and experiences into his real Estate sales practice, with his hands-on, hard-working style, he will be a trusted realtor for people to sell their homes.

Jeff is a master in the real estate profession. He spent a lot of time explaining the entire process to me before my house was listed. He also helped me fix a few things to get the house ready. For example, my front door was sticking and he installed a new door handle and lock. He worked tirelessly to sell my home witch had some unforeseen issues. Two days after my house was listed, my house incurred some damage from a storm. He knows very talented people in all trades and he got the right people out to my house within 24 hours to repair the damage and get the house back on the market ASAP. We also ran into unforeseen issues with the buyers not disclosing important information and he patiently worked through all of these issues. If it were not for Jeff's expertise, the whole deal might have been cancelled on numerous occasions. He went above and beyond working late hours to fix petty cosmetic issues that the buyers pointed out less than 24 hours before the closing and after the house had passed two inspections and numerous walk throughs. Jeff found a great place for me to move into and he listened to my preferences and found me the right new home. He was always accessible to answer questions and he kept me updated on all of the events throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Jeff.
