Jean Tanner and her team are easily the best and most professional realtors I have ever worked with. She sold my old home 5 years ago and when I returned to Provo, I went directly to Jean again for the purchase of my new home. She is professional, very well organized, and knew exactly what I needed to do and when. It was so nice to feel completely taken of in every detail of the stressful home buying process. Tonna (one of her team members) took extra pains to show us every house we were interested in and kept in touch with us daily. I completely recommend Summit Reality. They are excellent in every way!

We felt very fortunate to find Tonna Brooks, an agent with Summit Realty in Utah County, to help us find a townhouse to buy. Excellent knowledge of area and local market conditions. Listing price was an item of concern for us, during interview with her she assured us that she and her team keep a daily tap on market movements and would inform us if these fluctuations impacted our listing. We had some problems with our property title and with her team being on top of this obstacle the resolution was smooth and easy.
