I used Jean to sell my home, when the buyers announced they were using cash to purchase. She insisted I take the offer or they were going to walk. Ultimately she ended up being a buyers magnet and not a sellers agent.

Jean Sullivan is truly gifted in diplomacy, marketing and a spark plug at getting things done. It was time for me to scale down and she handled the sale of my home and finding me a more suitable home. She handled the closings on both properties and even pitched in on the actual moving process. She has a talent for bringing sellers and buyers to the negotiation table with positive results. I am grateful to her for handling all the extra details and responsibilities that she took on.
