I used Jean to sell my home, when the buyers announced they were using cash to purchase. She insisted I take the offer or they were going to walk. Ultimately she ended up being a buyers magnet and not a sellers agent.

Jean Sullivan is truly gifted in diplomacy, marketing and a spark plug at getting things done. It was time for me to scale down and she handled the sale of my home and finding me a more suitable home. She handled the closings on both properties and even pitched in on the actual moving process. She has a talent for bringing sellers and buyers to the negotiation table with positive results. I am grateful to her for handling all the extra details and responsibilities that she took on. Five stars for sure.

Jean sold me my first home in 1992. After many years and homes elsewhere, when I decided to retire to this area there was no doubt in my mind who I'd entrust my future to than Jean.
