We have been working with Jarrod for over a year for ourselves. But Had ro change gears when we needed to move my father here to CO. Jarrad was unbelievable he helping out, even driving to home for us so we could FaceTime and look at them. He went out of his way for us. After 3 failed contract we finely got it done. Jarrod explained the whole process to us in layman's term and always talked about options. We are back looking for ourselves again!! Would highly recommend Jarrod!!

He was extremely helpful every step of the way. From scheduling showings, to answering any questions we had about conditions of homes, and if he wasn’t sure or didn’t know, he would get us the information very promptly. His willingness to help was apparent at every turn, sometimes it felt like he was more determined than we were. I can honestly say that if it wasn’t for Jarrod, the dream of owning our own home might not have been realized. If you are looking for a relentlessly upbeat home buying experience, Jarrod is the guy you want in your corner, you won’t regret it!

Jarrod was wonderful to work with in this hectic market. I kept asking if he ever took a day off! Jarrod really understands “customer service”. He always answered calls or called right back and answered texts very quickly and he answered every question with honesty. He was always willing to arrange a showing as soon as I asked. He was very respectful of my time and very considerate to other realtors and Sellers. We had a very positive experience with Jarrod and would not hesitate to recommend him for any real estate needs.
