Janine is all about the money in her pocket and not about the clients. She works to hide any negatives during the home buying process to prevent a loss of the sale, rather that looking out for the best interest of her clients. She will try to convince you that bad things are ok and will be cheap and easy to fix, or even tell you that you can live with it. When a further assessment of a major safety concern was recommended, she argued that it was fine and wasn't a concern. She acted as if she was the pro contractor and didn't want to hear what the pros had to say. If you're hunting for a realtor to buy or sell, we recommend that you move on to a person that will look out for your best interest. She does sell a lot of houses, and this further adds to the lack of time she'll commit to you and the tactics she'll pull to land a sale, which may cost you thousands later. We can't speak for the others in her firm and they may or may not be genuine.

Cory was an amazing agent to work with! Everything went very smoothly. He was very responsive to all of our calls and texts. Was very flexible with our schedule. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and motivated. I would highly recommend him. Anyone working with Cory will not be disappointed. As my kids look for homes, we will definitely be in touch with him. It was a very pleasurable experience.
