I would not recommend Heather as an agent, especially if you are buying from out of state, site unseen. We knew nothing about the area and relied heavily on her for the good, bad and ugly of any house we were interested in. We did not get ANY verbal information, just videos with no dialog to help us understand what we we looking at. And she NEVER called or returned calls, everything was by texts. Every house she showed us was “great” or “nice neighborhood” only to find out later that was not the case. She even advised me to overbid the asking price by as much as $30,000 on the house we ended up purchasing (thank God I did not overbid to her advised extent)! Only to find out we have a basement that floods, and cheap laminate when we thought we were getting real granite countertops. Shame on me for not knowing all the right questions to ask, but I feel like she could have been much greater help, knowing we were not familiar with the area nor present to see everything in person. She got the sale, and we have several issues and thousands of dollars of repairs and issues we are dealing with. I overpaid for a house I would not have purchased at all if I’d had all the information I needed.

Heather made selling our house a breeze! We were building a new house the same time we were selling our old house and Heather took all the stress away of trying to sell. She was knowledgeable and punctual with communication between us and the buyers and always supported us. Highly recommend!!

Awesome realitor with great communication, who really listens to her clients and goes above and beyond. She is also very knowledgeable and knows the market very well. Our house was under contract in less than 3 days for 25k over asking price. We could not have asked for an easier process. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell.
