His group left me standing at a showing for half an hour and when I called about it said they’d be there in a further ten. I decided to go with a different realtor, but I genuinely hope that this was a unique experience with this group. I was very disappointed and left before the conversation was even over.

Chad was always available. Chad was very realistic in the selling price of our home. He gave us several options on how to list it as we had a home plus 8 acres of land. One of the things he suggested was to include the lawn mower in the listing since we had so much to mow. We had a very expensive mower which made mowing time much shorter. I think adding that was one of the things that made the house sell. He also told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our house ready to list including details about fixing this and that. Plus he specified all the paperwork we would need to have ready. And he responded immediately whenever we contacted him. He was very professional and always had a positive attitude. He had some great ideas about marketing our home also. We really enjoyed working with him

Derrick got my wife and I our dream home on the first try. We knew what we wanted and to be blunt, he got it done for us: we saw the house and had an accepted offer by the end of the same day. He was responsive throughout the buying process (from before we saw the house all the way through the closing) and has since followed up several times to check in and make sure that we're happy in our new home. I simply cannot say enough good things about him and the experience of buying with his help. I don't plan to ever buy another home (because his first attempt was such an incredible success), but if I ever do, I know who I'll call.
