Shawn Tatynskiy and the team helped us close our first home in about a month! We couldn't have done it that fast if it wasn't for his incredible knowledge of Staten Island homes, past experience with nearly every home-buying situation, and a massive network of incredible local service providers. Shawn was very attentive, responded quickly and always had our best interest in mind. We never felt like we were being pressured to buy or the wool was being pulled over our eyes. Antony gave a lot of great suggestions, he answered my calls and texts promptly. He was not pushy but at the same time he is on top of all tasks. He made a great balance of handling things well and maintained great relationships with all parties. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.
