He made himself available to attend 99% of other agent showings at our house and truly became a trusted expert of all the upgrades and intricacies of our home. John not only sold me my unit 10 years ago but was so helpful in my sale of the unit. Would recommend John 10/10 times, he took the time to discuss pricing and sales options with me. He helped me find the right photographer and schedule open houses, and was always available to me on the phone, email, or text.

This was the second time Matt helped us with a purchase and he did a great job being patient and finding the right deal for us. This one was for an investment property so it took some time and expertise to find a good deal with the right parameters. Matt is very easy to work with, knowledgeable about the market and helped us through the complicated process. Would definitely recommend him for anyone looking in the Philly area.
