Flor was amazing from beginning to end and even after we closed she has been a delight! From a short 30 second phone call we moved onto a good sized list of homes that met my specific requests. After doing some viewings we settled on the perfect house. Flor took an earnest interest in me and protecting what was in my best interests. Negotiations resulted in great benefits to me and i was very satisfied with the results. We recieved followup visits and calls from Flor to make sure everything was going well with the home.

I was very happy with Flor Gonzalez service. This was our first house buying experience and since the very first day I was able to tell she wanted to help us. She was very patient and walked us through the process explaining everything we needed to know and answer all of our questions. I was convinced that her desire for us, me and my wife, to find our dream home was true and honest. She absolutley know the market very well, she was able to get us get a house contracted within two days and got us the best deal. Flor Gonzalez was by our side the whole process and even after closing she followed up to see how everything was. If you are looking for a realtor that is going to give you the attention you need and the customer service a seller/buyer needs during the stressful time of buy or selling a house, Flor is the right person. She has sold five properties for us in the past four years and help us purchase two homes. Her attention to detail and her networking skills makes the process a lot easier.

Flor is not only an expert in Texas real estate but she helped me in negotiating with my realtor the dream home for my entire family. She gave us advice helped us with the inspections took us all the way to closing and God is the best lender at the best rate and there was no fuss about any of our negotiations. She worked hand-in-hand with our realtor in Cincinnati and my gosh I could never recommend another realtor from here on out she is the best. Tom
