I am so happy and grateful to have worked with Mike Mazel. I am a first time home buyer and in the beginning of the home buying process, I felt clueless and somewhat intimated and excited at the same time. So finding a great real estate agent who is understanding of my needs was very critical for me. In my initial conversation with Mike, I mentioned that I was looking for a turnkey property and Mike informed me of a home that I might be interested in. He was correct. As soon as I viewed the home, I made my offer and it was sweet sailing from there. Of course there were some minor delays along the way, but it was all due to Mike ensuring that the property was perfect for us. Mike Mazel is the best realtor out there, hands down. He is responsive, great to work with, answers every question, and is helpful every step of the way. His vast knowledge of the area, the neighborhood, the community, the local housing market (including pricing), and of local and state real estate laws guarantees confidence in my decision. What distinguishes him from other realtors is that he is resourceful and professional. He communicates and works well with all parties involved, making home buying an easy process. I highly recommend Mike Mazel and I look forward to working with with in the future.

Mike was awesome throughout the entire home-buying experience. He was always readily available for any questions, concerns, and took care of everything in a timely and professional manner. He understands the local housing market, and I will 100% be working with him in any future home buying or selling endeavors. Could not be happier.

Michael Mazel was whom I selected as my realtor to represent me as I looked to rent or buy a house or apartment. I was in dire straits and needed to vacate the apartment I had occupied for over 20 years due to the new landlord. Time was of the essence: if a place was not found, I was considering retirement and leaving the state. Michael showed me several places, and I actually found my dream house. I decided to buy using my VA loan. Michael Mazel kept me on target with all the paperwork, the lender, the contractor, inspector, the sellers, etc. He did an excellent job negotiating for me....I got a beautiful, well-built, non-fixerupper for a reasonable mortgage. Michael was always available to answer any question on anything: the process, paperwork, specifics about the house, etc. Michael continues to be an excellent resource and has also become a great friend. I highly recommend Michael Mazel. He is friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable on the local housing market and residents. His most important quality, however, is his integrity. His clients can rest assured that he is totally trustworthy and will work diligently to provide them the best representation.

Mike was our realtor for both buying and selling our first home. When we started looking, he was very patient with us- allowing us to find a home that fit our preferences and was within our budget (We looked for months!). While we signed paperwork, he took the time to explain all the documents and answer our MANY questions. Knowing we were new to the area, Mike stayed in contact with us after selling us the house. He recommended different local places to visit, offered us suggestions to services in the area, and really became a family friend. We cannot imagine going through this process with another realtor. Mike learned our hobbies, interests, and what was important to our family to really deliver an individualized buying experience. I would HIGHLY recommend Mike to anyone looking for a realtor.
