I would definitely recommend using Edwayne and Layla as your realtors! We started the house search process in May. With a bunch of ups and downs, and even a house falling through, Edwayne and Layla came through for us to help us overcome every obstacle! If you are searching for a realtor you will have plethora of options but how many can you actually call your friends at the end of the process. Call Edwayne and Layla today!

I was a little leery of buying property during a pandemic. That being said, it could not have been easier or safer, health wise. Mr. Hutton made the process as easy as possible. We only has physical contact with Edwayne twice, once to sign a contract and drop off an earnest money. And the second time to close on the property at the attorney's office. The rest of the correspondence was done electronically. Edwayne returned my calls and texts promptly and made sure all of our questions were answered. This was by far the best real estate experience that I've had. I highly recommend Edwayne Hutton for your real estate needs.

We were out of state for the whole process. Edwayne Hutton was timely with his responses. He was easy to keep contact with. He was able to get more than we expected to get from the house. The closing process ran smoothly and timely. Edwayne Hutton has excellent knowledge of reality. We could not have asked for a better realtor.
