I would highly recommend The Oldfather Group to anyone listing or purchasing a new property. The group was knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive through each and every step of the process. Dustin was more than just professional, he was an absolute pleasure. Although we had a lot of bumps in the road with prospective buyers, Dustin stuck with us and through it all and we managed to share a lot of laughs and stay positive throughout the process. We have found our forever home, but will absolutely be recommending the Oldfather Group to all of our friends and family for their real estate needs.

What I appreciate the most are the details that are handled by the Oldfather Group between contract and closing, such as necessary repairs and other buyer requests. They make it as painless as possible and take the burden off the seller.

Dustin and his team know the area very well. They also took the time to get to know our priorities so they could better represent and advocate on our behalf with potential buyers' agents. Our selling experience was modern, fast, and clear -- we loved the regular status reports, listing analytics, and timely advice via email and phone. Dustin and his team helped us navigate some offers, adjust our approach, and ultimately help us close the deal months ahead of what we anticipated. Dustin also personally negotiated with the buyers team to make sure everyone walked out of settlement happy and with everything they needed. Great 11th hour save by Dustin!!!

Dustin and his team of pros led us through a flawless listing and contract negotiation experience. There is no way to capture all of our sentiment here, but my recommendation would be to list with the Oldfather Group today and follow their direction if you want to sell your house. The OG will stage your house, provide professional photography and video and handle all of the marketing. Their network and outreach is extensive and carries the world renowned Sotheby’s International brand. The OG team listens. They respond immediately. Contract negotiations require listening, experience, knowledge, self control and finesse. Check all boxes — Twice. Once under contract, the OG Client Success Team sees that all deadlines are met. Settlement day arrives and the Oldfather Group’s CEO Dustin Oldfather welcomes the buyer through the final walkthrough and sees us, the seller, through settlement. We leave with a check, a handshake and a hug. We were referred to Dustin and the Oldfather Group, and would refer anyone to go to him.
