Doris listed and sold our home in 2016. She was wonderfully helpful throughout the process, from pricing and staging advice to negotiation, inspection and closing. I highly recommend her.

My wife and I have used Doris three times, to sell properties belonging to my mother-in-law, an aged friend, and my mother. She sold my mother-in-law's and very quickly after other realtors had failed doing so for 12-18 months. Based on that experience we contracted w/Doris for the aged friend's as well as my mother's. She sold both of those properties v. soon after they were listed, and all three for advantageous prices. She is definitely a "mover and shaker," "go-getter," or whatever you may choose to call her. In addition to turning properties over, she has a great personality, is fantastic to work with, and she has a great cadre of go-to people (for example, painting, flooring). IMHO, she is the only realtor in Texarkana. I wish I could do her justice, but words are inadequate.

Doris helped me find my "perfect" home! She also sold my home and I am highly satisfied with her service. I felt she truly cared about locating the right home for me, and not just "selling" me a house. I would recommend Doris Morris to any one in the Texarkana area who wants to buy or sell a home.
