It was a delight working with Dimpi. She is our agent for past 10 years. This is a 3rd transaction we had in past 10 years. Dimpi got our single family home under contract in a day after we made a decision to sell (in fact the house went on a contract even before it was listed) and it was above market price. Frankly when it was time for us to sell our house, I talked to at least 5 other agents and found that Dimpi was the one who had a local knowledge and process expertise. I am happy that we selected Dimpi to sell our house. It was done right, quick and by far exceeded our expectation. The last transaction we had was on 2015 where we bought a single family home and sold our town home. The closing for buying and selling was in one single day. The transaction was seamless with no obstruction whatsoever. This rarely happens when we have closing for buying and selling on a same day. I would give all the credit to Dimpi for that transaction as well.

Dimpi's attention to detail, expertise and patience are exemplary. She is knowledgeable and realistic about the current housing market. Her marketing plan was successful. We were very happy with her services.

We had a very positive and great experience working with Dimpi Mittal when we were looking to buy a house. An extremely thorough and professional realtor, she left no stone unturned in finding us the right house, always keeping our interest and priority in mind. She took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, showing us only those properties meeting our criteria. For every property we saw, she provided an impartial assessment of the pros and cons, letting us decide if we wanted to go forward, without any high pressure sales tactics or other gimmicks. What we enjoyed about working with Dimpi was her patience, her knowledge of the entire buying process, and her willingness to engage in hard negotiations on our behalf once we made an offer. An added bonus was her immense knowledge of the local market, schools, and neighborhood. As a result, after moving in, we were also introduced to a trusted network of service providers. All in all, we would highly recommend Dimpi Mittal’s services to anyone interested in buying/selling.

When we decided to move from Fort Wayne IN to Naperville IL area, we contacted and talked with few real estate agents and chose Dimpi Mittal based on in depth conversation with her. We were very impressed and pleased with Dimpi’s knowledge about the real state market in and around Naperville area. Dimpi is very professional, fair, open, reachable, supportive, hardworking and most important fun to work with. As we were the first time home buyers, she helped and explained each and every step in detail about home buying. We visited many MLS listed homes in Naperville area, when questions (many) asked she use answer enthusiastically and give us ball park amount required for immediate investment in existing home to make home to our taste and liking.
