Dianne was a lifesaver for us during the home buying process. We were first time buyers and fell in love with a house fairly quickly so we placed an offer. It was quite a heartache when we couldn't reach an agreement with the sellers but Dianne pushed for us to remain positive and kept nudging is in the right direction. We saw a few properties that weren't quite right and Dianne never once made it feel like we were a burden to continue looking at houses which helped us keep up the search. After about a month of hunting, we circled back with a house we already saw previously and Dianne never once made us feel like we were making a mistake by doing this. After the offer was accepted, she helped us every step of the way during closing and was super responsive on any weird, off the wall questions we came upon. We have had a few friends looking for houses at the same time and we heard from horror stories about the realtors they were going through which just reaffirmed the fact we made the right call going with Dianne. I cannot say one negative thing about her and whenever someone mentions home buying, I immediately tell them about Dianne - in fact, I had 5 business cards from her and just gave away my last one over the weekend! I could keep going but I'll save people from rambling and leave with one last comment. Everyone always says "remember, a realtor is just a salesperson" but with Dianne she was much more than that - she was a mentor, a leader, a one woman support group, a motivator and so much more but ultimately, she became a friend and a confidant throughout the process which was so much fun! Thank you Dianne for everything - I can't sing your praises enough!
