I had a condo listed with another agent but after months it hadn't sold. I knew that being in the middle of a recession it was going to be hard to sell. DeWayne Hess was recommend to me by a friend. I talked to DeWayne on the phone and after some thought I decided to give him a try. It was in the winter and real estate was slow. As time went by things picked up and with DeWaynes great ideas he was able sell it. I was so happy that he sold it I listed another condo that I owned with DeWayne and he was also able to sell that one. I would recommend DeWayne to anyone wanting to sell or buy. Darrell M.

DeWayne is the best realtor BAR NONE that we have ever had, and we've had many! His knowledge of this area, his sense of humor and his very quick responses to all our calls and emails was such a breath of fresh air. His commitment to getting his clients the ABSOLUTE best deal is outstanding. We love DeWayne! He helped us through a very tricky purchase with all sorts of county involvement (regulations etc.) and spent hours on us. We know he has many clients but we felt like his only ones!!!
