Where do I begin? Denise can sell you property that you've never set foot on. She spends so much of her time taking pictures and making videos it's like you're doing a walk through right by her side. She leaves no details out. If you're looking to buy or sell in the USVI do yourself a favor and call this awesome lady!!! Thanks again Denise for all of the pics and videos. They are my therapy.

Denise is exceptionally personable, very easy to meet and get along with, yet provided a seasoned professional approach to helping my wife Dawn and I gain some insight to the island, with respects to the benefits of the different areas and in purchasing a home in the Virgin Islands. She has a great deal of experience as a Realtor on St. Thomas as she is completely knowledgeable about; the buying and selling process, island home construction, the different areas of the island, and what to look for in a potential home. She is and will she be key to us buying our island dream home.

Denise is the best! She's knowledgable and so friendly. She knows her stuff and she's not pushy. She's informative and honest. She goes above and beyond. She's the absolute best on the island!
