Annette was a blessing to work with.We sold and bought a new home on the same day. It was a process my home was older and at times I got discouraged but the one thing we could count on was Anne being there with us every step of the way.Anne was straightforward honest and compassionate and most definitely had our best interest at heart. Always a phone call or text away her commitment to her clients is amazing.she highly morale real estate agent. Who goes above and beyond for her clients. By the end I truly felt like a made a friend. I would only use Anne and recommend her very highly. In today's world you want to feel like the person representing you and your interest is doing just that and there was no question that Anne Soares was doing that from start to finish. Philip was absolutely amazing from start to finish and helping me find, negotiate, and purchase my condo. He was incredibly responsive to any question or inquiry I had in the process, very flexible in terms of carving out time to view possible places, and facilitated an expert negotiation when it came time to purchase. He was truly a pleasure to work with, and I would recommend him wholeheartedly as an agent. In fact, I will be working with him again to sell my current home. Five stars all the way around!

My husband and I feel incredibly fortunate to have been connected with Philip through Zillow as our agent! As first time homebuyers we had a lot of questions about the process and Philip was incredibly responsive to every question we had and his excellent knowledge of the process and the market was apparent. We looked at a lot of different types homes throughout the process and felt fortunate that Philip was able to arrange all of these viewings for us to allow us to get a feel for what type of home we would ultimately want. We truly can’t speak highly enough of our experience with him - we were able to work with someone we both trusted, but also someone who was able to negotiate an offer that got us into our dream home!
