If you are planning on having a good or smooth experience with real estate, do not use Deb Schmidt. She has very poor communication, lies when confronted about timelines, does not present all info to parties involved, and is concerned about herself and only herself. Beware of dual agency with her, she will purposely withhold information and delay info to sellers to set herself up to sell to clients that she represents even if their offer is less. She practices completely unethically with no regard how it impacts families.

Deb is professional but she also makes you feel like a friend. She was very helpful when we were selling our home with ideas and had several open houses. When we bought a home she knew what we wanted and what to look for when we toured houses. She is very accessible and her office staff is exceptional.

Deb is not just a wonderful real estate agent; she is also a wonderful person. We came to her with a tiny budget, a huge family, and needed a home in a specific location. Thanks to Deb's positive attitude and expertise we have the home we've always wanted. Thank you. Deb was honest, positive, knowledgeable, encouraging and friendly. Yet despite her pleasant and caring demeanor she is tough enough to get her clients the best deal. Not only is Deb incredibly well versed in understanding the market; she also is very knowledgeable in the quality of the buildings. She was able to tell us the quality of the company that built the homes, the history, and even the quality of the materials used. If you are buying in the area I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Deb did a fantastic job selling our house! She was very responsive and quick to return calls. She did an excellent job of explaining how the closing process worked once the buyer accepted our counter-offer. I would definitely pick Deb again if we decide to sell again in the future, and I would highly recommend her to any of my friends or acquaintances.
