Deborah was always on time, quick to respond and friendly/personable. Deborah was also very calming when things were getting us a little anxious, for example - we were not initially convinced that the appraisal was going to work in our favor but Deborah was adamant that everything would be fine, that the house would appraise around the listing amount and she was correct. We will be using Deborah again when we list our old house to be sold. Deborah was very knowledgeable and helpful explaining all the paperwork and process. It had been 26 years since buying our last house so naturally a lot of things had changed and she made the process happen without any hiccups. Would definitely recommend Deborah Herring!

Deborah is a wonderful real estate agent. From the very beginning I guess you could say she had us at hello. We were selling our home long distance too and she made us comfortable every step of the way throughout the process. She was able to show the home at most viewings which was very key to us not being in the same state to have her at each showing representing us and the passion we had for our home. We would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Felt the urge to write a review because frankly, our experience was that good and we wanted to make sure we let some folks know about Deborah. Deborah is extremely kind, mixed with the perfect side of professionalism. She always listened with out judgment, to make sure we searched for exactly what fit our family. Her availability was amazing and before you knew it we were at the closing table. I would recommend Deborah to anyone on the hunt for a new home. We couldn't be more happy. Thank you thank you!

Deborah is very professional, she met us on our request to view a home, and quickly checked our prequalification for mortgage, our needs in a home and neighborhood we would like. the home we viewed was a little older than we wanted so we wanted to see a home that was listed by another realtor. Deborah contacted the listing realtor and got permission to view the home. We looked, loved and signed a contract to buy. We wanted V.A. finance, and Deborah got us in contact with her broker and helped with all the paper work, and all the needed inspections. She was also very helpful in handling the necessary repairs (new metal roof, marble counter top), She was with us all the way thru closing. Deborah has been the best realtor we have had in my purchasing and selling homes in our lifetime and we strongly recommend her to you or anyone

After a brief explanation of what I was looking for Deborah found the perfect home for my family. Deborah's knowledge of the market I wanted to live in made my choice easy. Because of her ability I put a bid on a property site unseen (photos). Ended up buying the property.
