Twelve years ago we had Deborah help us purchase a foreclosure. It had a listing agent that was demanding and hard to work with but it didnt phase Deborah at all. She was tenacious. Recently we found another difficult property that was listed by a VERY unresponsive realtor. We knew we needed Deborah's help. Upon calling her she blessed us with Michelle, an awesome member of the Burton team. Michelle was there for us through all the obstacles and foolishness thrown at us. She remained very professional throughout the entire three ring circus. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for an upright and honest realty team.

Deborah Burton made the home buying process a breeze. From looking at homes to completing paperwork, everything was easy. I knew what every home's positives and negatives were before I left the property. We would like to start off with that we don't think 5 stars is high enough to rate Deborah! We are out of state buyers and were fortunate enough to choose Deborah to represent us in looking at homes in the area. She was extremely knowledgeable in all the ins and outs of the area and did an awesome job helping us negotiate on purchasing the house that we wanted. Being from out state we had lots of questions and needed quite a lot of assistance. She made us feel that we were her priority and was always there to assist. She continues to go out of her way to help, even with the sale now complete! We would, without question, highly recommend Deborah for any type of real estate transaction and would never think of using anyone else.

I have moved 5 times in my life so far and Deborah has been by far the best realtor. She actually gives you a almost stress free experience due to her finding out and answering the questions before you even thought to ask them. She is the best. She will definitely be the one to sell my house when we move again.
