Dawn treated our family terribly. We were looking for a house to rent/buy. Found one she was selling. The owner wanted to rent or buy. She went beyond our best interested and tried to sell it to us when we rented. She didnt respond or follow up unless I asked. She wouldnt even directly answer questions. We had to ask the same question 3-4 times to get an answer. We have 2 young boys in school and live 45 minutes away. They expected us to move into the home in 8 days from applying. Instead of letting us wait until the following month, they gave it to a less qualified candidate (We make over 4 times the amount of rent), just so they could get money quicker. The landlord took a less qualified applicant and Dawn did nothing to help our case. She even said in the beginning that the owner wanted to sell it, but at the end we found out the owner wanted to rent it. It was extremely obvious from the beginning that our best interests did not matter. All her and the owner were worried a out was how they can make money, then screwed over our family and kids. It was the most inconsiderate stuff we've ever seen in housing. She don't care anything about you and only cares about money.

I started the selling process out of state and was able to complete the sell with only one visit. I had two offers with 48 hrs of being on the market. Communication was first class and very prompt. As a representative for the seller or buyer or both you can’t go wrong.
