We moved across country and needed to look at houses remotely over Zoom. Dave Winkleman as our buyer's agent was very accommodating of our needs and schedule, and was as thorough as possible when walking us through houses (dealing with poor network connectivity in remote locations like he did this every day!). He helped us find, make a (below asking price) offer, and eventually close on a great house in a beautiful location. While there were a few hiccups along the way (mostly dealing with getting an appraisal without having to wait two more months) none of those came from Dave, and he helped keep things running smoothly regardless. We have now been in the house a few months, and while there is definitely work to be done, with Dave's help we understood all of that going in.

Great experience. Dave was always very responsive and helpful in educating us in the home buying process. He is very well connected to the area and was able to even find us alternative financing when ours fell through. Highly recommend!

Dave helped us sell our house. He responded timely to our questions, was professional, and gave good advice to make the house more appealing to buyers.

Dave has been a Godsend to our family. Always professional and goes the extra mile. Dave has been our realtor for 7 years and has shown us so many houses!! We consider him a friend of the family and know that our relationship will continue! We are extremely grateful to have Dave in our lives!
