When I called Darlene to list my house she was in Florida & I'm in Illinois. We discussed my house and what price I wanted and whether I wanted to wait until she got home or we could do a zoom meeting. I wanted to get it listed as soon as possible. Darlene set up a Zoom meeting & since I had no clue how to use Zoom she asked Stacie from her office to meet me at my house. We all walked through the house on Zoom. :-) Stacie took the pictures. The comparisons were completed. I was sent emails with the paperwork & made sure I was in agreement with the price she suggested. I was. The only thing I asked was for the house to be sold before mowing season. :-) She received an offer at the asking price and we closed in less than 3 weeks. The next week I mowed my new yard. Darlene & Stacie were both extremely nice & professional. It was so easy getting my house listed and there was no stress at any point of the process. I highly recommend Darlene. She knows her business inside and out. She is highly respected and a valued member of our community. I would buy or sell a home through Darlene again if the need came up again.
