Larissa is a fantastic realtor. My wife and I were selling our house and wanted to make sure it sold quickly. She had thoughtful advice on how to maximize the value of the house and make the house as appealing as possible to buyers. We followed pretty much all her advice and listed at the amount she recommended. We got four offers in just a few days, and all were very good. She made the selling process as painless as possible, even when there were bumps in the road. We would gladly have her as our realtor in any future house purchase or sale in the Fresno area.

Dan Raymer, Broker Associate, was recommended to me by my son-in-law, who is a Realtor in Oregon. He researched the Fresno realty market for the best Realtor, interviewed Dan Raymer, then gave Dan my number. From his first to last communication with me, Dan Raymer was truly a professional who really knows the business, and cares about his clients. He did a very good job explaining the selling process with me, keeping me informed every step along the way, gave me options and made recommendation with problems, and went the extra mile to close on time. He always made me feel that he was working for me and my decisions mattered. Problems with inspections and appraisals were overcome with diplomatic efficiency with the buyer. He took care of inspection problems by using his excellent handyman who charges very reasonable rates. He even paid his handyman out of his own pocket until I paid him back. He went the extra mile by offering to let a window contractor in the house to finish a job so I could leave early (I came in from out of town to fix up my rental house for sale). To do work on my fence, Dan contacted not only the renter, but the owner of the house in the back of my property to get permission to fix the leaning fence posts. Dan even even watered the front lawn so the grass stayed green. Examples of Dan Raymers excellent real estate skills: Dan suggested a selling price much higher than I thought I could get from the sale of my house. He then got offers higher than that asking price. I left town on a Thursday and Dan had two open houses on Saturday and Sunday, and on Monday he was discussing 5 potential buyers with me. By no fault of Dan, the first buyers opted out, no problem, Dan contacted the second, then the third potential buyer. The third buyer went the distance and closed. Dan was able to take care of problems along the way (and there were many) and we were able to close 10 days early. This is a testimony to Dan Raymer's experience, patience, congeniality with people, and organizational skills. Call me so I can verify the above information and give you more details of why you should hire Dan Raymer. Having a good realtor is very important as nothing is worse than paying a commission to somebody that did not deserve it. In my opinion, Dan Raymer deserves more than his commission allows. He also has excellent help. His agency, Lion Real Estate, his assistant, his property description writer for ads and social media, his photographer, his handyman, his contractors, and the escrow and title company personnel. Alondra worked really efficiently to get us through the home buying process. She was thorough, punctual, detail oriented and very easy to work with.
