Dan is the best real estate agent you can have! Very professional, experienced, transparent and helpful. He clearly explains the process to you and patiently answers any questions you have. Helpful all throughout the process from clearing out stuff from my Dad’s house to selling it. Listed and sold in just over a month. Highly recommend.

Dan is attentive and trully pleasant. He worked with me and got our home sold and settled in approximately 45 days. He is a attentive realtor whose listens to the sellers concerns and puts them at ease. As a care giver for someone with Dementia my stress level selling my home was eased by a trully nice realtor.

Dan was very knowledgeable about all aspects of selling our home, but more than that he listened and related to our wishes, advising yet never pushing. Dan is very responsive, always answered questions and concerns within 24 hours. He is kind and helpful and was accessible even after the sale was made!
