I walked in asking to see a house I saw online. He said if your looking for that size house and have that budget you need to see this house. 24 hours later we had a signed contract at a ridiculous low price on a house that was out of our price range. I would recommend Corey any day of the week. He always returns calls or text and will meet with you most any time of the day.

Corey was instrumental in finding the home and property that exactly matched our desires. He knows his market, tells it like it is and does everything possible to match buyer with seller. He made our home search and purchase very productive and stress-free. He arranged every little thing... all we did was show up. We're very happy with our new home and Corey!

Corey worked very hard to ensure we got the perfect house for our family. We flew in from out of town twice and he spent both weekends with us. We bought a lot and then he set us up with an amazing builder. Wessinger construction. Our home was built in three months.

Corey is a fantastic realtor! He was knowledgable, good at listening to his clients and finding exactly what we wanted. We were first time home buyers and he made what seemed like a daunting process, go by with flying colors. He responded honestly to all of our questions, which was greatly appreciated. He communicated with the seller of the property, the inspectors, etc. so we didn't have to worry about a thing. The roof on the house we chose needed to be replaced and he fought hard for us, for it to be done well. All we had to do was pick out the color! Corey communicates via email, phone calls and text, which is very handy. His drive to be the best realtor for you is obvious and makes him great at what he does. He is a good guy, very personable and has a good sense of humor. We would recommend Corey any day!

Corey is an awesome realtor. He understands Wakulla County real estate. He listed our property & it sold in a month! I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a house.
