Would never recommend all she wants is her cut....I was interested in a property said oh yeah I was in that house I started talking about it she had no clue ..never was... caught her in a lie showed me one property a total dump so I said go up on that other property in price she said later I have no cell phone service here I guess as we were leaving she didn't realize I seen her on the phone another lie because she had a high price property to show she said I'll do it later not a word next morning not a word until I said something and she wonders why you call the listing agent and she gets in a hissy fit ...do your job she just wants to collect the money what a waste of time dealing with this poor excuse of a realtor!!!!

Outstanding! Competent ! Strong! Knowledgeable! Those are the words that can be used to describe Colette first of all I would have never been able to Purchase this home the home of my dreams without her ! She was patient she made it happen, she is down to earth ?? she will Work with you as I type this review tears ?? are running down my face. I love Colette thank you ???? so much for finding the best house ?? the home of my dreams, thank you for answering my texts, my phone calls and replying to each s d every email ina timely fashion !!! The best agent ( and I tried a few) SHE WONT LET YOU DOWN phone her, give her a try !!!!!! The best

Colette is very knowledgeable and helpful. She had helped us with all the paperwork process and also put us in contact with local contractors. She personally took the time to make calls and schedule appointments for us. She made the process of home buying easier for us.

Colette was great to work with. She is extremely responsive and knows the local market well. While other realtors where slow to response, Colette had the hustle and knowledge to keep our deal moving forward. I would work with her again.

From my experience with Colette, initially she seemed trustworthy but DON'T BE FOOLED. She only sees YOU (the BUYER in my case), as money. She IS NOT looking out for YOUR best interests as a client. Learn from MY mistake at choosing and trusting her. For instance, I questioned HER as to the necessity of a fence around the pool and she responded AUTHORITATIVELY that it wasn't necessary since I was purchasing double digit acreage with the home. It ended up costing me $4,500 to have the fence installed after purchase and should have been the SELLER's responsibility but I KNOW he didn't have the money and it would therefore jeopardized the sale. She was afraid of that. The best part is she NEVER found any home for me. I always found the home and simply called her to show me the home and as time went on wanted her to get a piece of commission. I was being nice to her when I could just as well just dealt with the Listing agent exclusively. I am truly disgusted with myself for ever trusting this woman. FAIR WARNING!
