Patty Burkhammer was extremely knowledgeable regarding the housing market, costs, investment, resale potential, contracts, and mortgages. She was very responsive, courteous, patient, and congenial. I enjoyed working with her. Even though I was not able to follow through on the purchase of a home, she helped me recover my earnest deposit. I would certainly recommend her realtor services.

My mother is relocating to NC to be closer to family. She was anxious about the selling process, and handed it over to me to handle (son). I found Christy through googling and called her to explain my situation. I live 6 hours away, I would like to handle everything remotely. And that meant trusting someone to monitor the house, get trash removed, meet contractors for repairs, return the cable boxes, check the mail... on top of everything a realtor would normally do. She and Patty smiled and said, "we do all that!" We just closed on the house this past week, and couldn't be happier with everything about the process. She has connections in the area for every possible contractor (and very reasonable prices) and never hesitated to handle anything I requested. I really appreciated her guidance on where to spend our "repair and upgrade" dollars. Since we knew the buyers, it was important to us that they were well taken care of also, Christy understood and worked with them as well. I can't recommend them enough!

Wonderful and knowledgeable ladies to work with....full of ideas and ways to make the home sell...They took control and communicated with feedback from all the activity during the process. I seriously couldn't have done this on my own. Thank you Christy and Patty for all your patience and help!
