Listed our home for one year but that was it, he listed our home. After a year we switched to another agency who did marketing, including a drone video and the property sold with multiple offers in 22 days; you need someone who will work for you. Chris unfortunately worked with one person who would have used him for the purchase so Chris would have both sides of the deal and that was the only person he worked with. Chris did not try to sell our home to other agents and he was always busy doing something, always on the phone but never working for us unless we bugged him. It appears, if you believe what's on the web that he has no sales in over a year and his two home listing he had in 2019, including ours, did not sell and expired, so there U have it. Chris did not even know that our listing had expired and we hired another agency, he called almost two weeks after our expiration to see if we wanted to renew and then we had not returned his call when he saw it on the web under someone else so he texted us to say he would pick up his sign. Something just not right and we wish him well but want to warn you to better ask what is going on that he paid no attention to us. Do not want this to happen to y'all.

We purchased our first home this year and Chris made the whole process so easy! His knowledge of homes helped to ensure we didn't purchase a money-pit, and when it came to closing he got us everything we asked for! I would recommend Chris to anyone that want to get the job done smoothly and correctly!

Chris was a consummate professional and helpful with the most minute details in allowing us to successfully sell our residence in Syracuse NY. His knowledge of the market, evaluation of details to improve our 'curb appeal' , and final hands-on approach to getting the deal finally done were instrumental in making our sale timely and seamless. I would, without hesitation, recommend Chris as a a realtor and he has been THE BEST realtor I have interacted with in 30 years (and I have personally dealt with at least 8 or 9 realtors in both listing and buying homes).

I would highly recommend Chris Evans as a real estate agent. His expertise and knowledge of the real estate market, led to the acceptance of our purchase offer and secured the house for us. We couldn't have done it without him.

This was my first time purchasing a house. Chris was very helpful in helping me understand the process and going through the steps with me. Without Chris's knowledge and expertise I most likely would not have got the house. Chris was awesome to work with, I am glad I went through him!
