Melissa is by far the BEST realtor in all of the Western Slope. She grew up in Grand Junction and knows this entire area extensively and like the back of her hand. She was highly knowledgeable, her communication with all side of all parties was amazing and much needed and appreciated. I felt that we had a complicated buying process with a 1031 Exchange involved along with some loan challenges on our end, but Melissa was not flustered nor upset at any point of our buying journey. She is a kind, personable, sweet but strong professional and works for such a great realty organization as well. We looked at a wide variety of houses and since we were not from this area, we leaned heavily on Melissa and she can through like the "pro" she is and listened to our needs and wants. We ended up with the PERFECT house for us and our family and we COULD NOT have asked for more from Melissa or her company. Her "behind the scenes" staff were amazing as well! They kept us on track and we knew at all times what was occurring when and if we needed to follow up or if more communication from people on our side was needed. Working with Jen was an absolute dream. As a first-time homebuyer, I had no idea what to expect, but Jen made the entire process feel clear, manageable, and exciting. She’s not only incredibly smart and professional, she’s also the sweetest, most genuine person you could hope to have in your corner.
