Cheryl is the ultimate professional. She made a stressful situation (buying a new home) much easier. Her experience and knowledge about the home buying and selling process is unmatched. She provides honest feedback, responds quickly, and represents her clients at an exceptional level. We will recommend her to all of our friends and family when they have the need for a realtor. Working with Cheryl was AMAZING! My husband and I were relocating back to MS after living several states away for many many years. We contacted her about a listing we saw online when we were just getting started and she immediately went to work for us finding us exactly what we needed! We came with only about 3 days to make a decision on a house and LOTS of properties to see! She made a daunting task seem easy and took the time to go through our want list and send us listings beforehand to narrow our search down and even mapped out different areas for us to see. She was extremely knowledgeable about the pros and cons of each different area while touring us around and had great attention to detail! We looked at so many houses I lost count but we achieved what we set out to and made an offer at the end of the showings and here we are less than a month later closing and preparing to get moved this weekend! I never thought it would be possible to get everything done as quickly as we wanted, but she made it happen for us!! She negotiated all the things we wanted and really went above and beyond! She answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns and was always responsive and available when we needed her! She even referred us to an amazing mortgage broker as well, so we can't possibly recommend her enough!

Working with Cheryl for the past year (almost) has been a great experience. Cheryl has always been very thoughtful in selecting properties to show us. Always glad to show us anything additional that we wanted to see. And always quick to point out the houses that she knew were not right. Even through closing she was at the top of her game, and had every little detail taken care of. Now that the buying process is over, we'll miss our trips out with Cheryl. It was never about just making a sale. It was more about discovering the perfect property - which we did. - I would absolutely recommend Cheryl's services.

Working with Cheryl has been a fantastic experience. We met her almost 1 year ago on a house she had listed. Since then, Cheryl has patiently worked with us to locate that perfect house, which finally did happen! Never once did I feel like she was just trying to "make a sale", but that her ultimate goal was to help us find the right house for us. Cheryl is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and she always looked out for our best interest. She help to make house buying a wonderful experience.
