It appears to me as Executive Realty strives upon quantity of homes listed rather than quality work. Upon first meeting agent Jamie Rhode, all we heard was how she wanted to work for us. After a bunch of pressure to expedite signing contracts, we decided to test the waters and list only one of our properties with her. She continually wasn’t happy with having only one of the listings. The pressure continued over and over again. This was her main goal, gain as many listings on paper. Once the contract is signed it is a whole different game. We were ready to terminate the listing within 24 hours of signing the contract but we wanted to give it a chance. It got worse and then kept spiraling. Just a few of the highlights are: Continually trying to list properties that we were not ready to list, ignoring phone calls, returning texts up to 24+ hours later, never answering questions, sharing your personal private information, lying, working with opposing realtors behind your back and sharing your personal information to sweeten the deal, offering homes that aren’t even listed, ignoring questions and requests from potential buyers. Upon calling her out on the issues, the lies start flowing and she switches to a complete condescending attitude while trying to tell you that her twisted ways are in your best interest. Once she was terminated and we had to move to another agent in the office (Charity Bayer, herslef), the communication completely fell off. Nothing for almost a month until we decided to pull the listing all together. Shop around! There are better agents out there! Customer Service is a dying breed.

We asked Charity to help us find a home. She was great at first, but got us to sign a contract without us even knowing. She slipped it in with a house offer and never explained what it was. She never talked over the phone, only email. We felt forced and rushed to make a few offers in houses. When we wanted to part ways, she complained that she had to change many plans for us because of my husband's work schedule. She ofent cancelled or was late for showings and we let it go because of her job and driving from Green Bay. She was rude and would not listen to us when we wanted out. We ended up having to wait a year for the contract to expire in order to buy a house.

Charity Bayer is a wonderful person and very professional! She understood what we were looking for in a house, neighborhood and price range! She didnt give up until we purchased our dream home! She really knew the market! She made sure we didnt waste our time looking at certain houses! She was fast at putting offeres in! She also connected us to the nicest and speedy mortgage lender Dan! She also didn't mind that we had a screaming baby and toddler running around every house we checked out! She is great with kids! We ended up selling our first house fast and we had 30 days before we closed and Chairty made sure we found a new house in time! She also made everything so easy signing paperwork through e-mail so we didnt need to commute back and forth all the time from Fond du Lac to Green Bay. Its been over a year later since we closed on our house and she still drops off holiday gifts and goodies to our boys every holiday! She also rewards you if you send her a referral! Charity has been amazing to us! She has also helped some of our friends and coworkers sell land and homes! I would always recommend her to anyone I know! Thanks Charity for all your hard work!

Charity seemed amazing upon meeting her. She was a real go getter and had a lot of great things to say about selling my house. As soon as I signed a contract with her things changed. Charity listed my house, put up horrible pictures, incorrect information and only had it listed on her own personal website so it got no action at all other than from her own buyers that she showed it to, I can only presume so that she would get the buyers and sellers commission. I can’t count the amount of people that I talked to only because they drove by, saw a sign in the yard so they pulled in to which I then showed them my house and they said they searched online for information on the house and they were't able to find anything, it wasn't listed for sale on any of the major sites. If that wasn't bad enough she personally treated me horrible. At one point in time she said that I was stupid and shouldn't listen to what any other people had to say but only her. She continually told me that I needed to stick more and more money into fixing certain things on my house. Suggesting I pay to fix things and keep dropping the price well below the fair market or assessed value and I should just accept any low ball offer, especially the offers from her buyers. It got to the point of her belittling me that I requested to get out of the contract with her to which she denied this request forcing me to canceled the contract with her and pulled the listing off the market until that contract ran out. She wouldn't cancel the contract with me but said that I was under contract with her for several more months and that no other agent could list it until that contract was up or she would get commission off of the sale. She made selling my home one of the worst experience in my lifetime. After a year and a half of her being my agent, (once the contract was finally up) I got a new agent and within a month my house sold. Worst decision I ever made was signing a contract with her.
