I would highly recommend Carrie, Amy and their team for any of your real estate needs. We have used them to buy land, sell our house and also help us to build a new house. They know everything about the community and are available 24/7. From answering random small questions at 6am to following up with how the day went at 8pm they are always just a text or phone call away. I would again highly recommended this team if your are looking buy, sell or build. They have been nothing but great for us! A plus team and the leaders in the market

Amy was terrific and had our back through the entire process. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and better realtor. It was easy! She was always available to answer questions we had and kept in constant contact on where we were in the process and what was needed from us. She explained the process of selling a 2 unit building so lay people could easily understand. I ended up thinking of her as a friend.

We had a very aggressive timeline to sell our home in Scarborough. Amy Foley and her team worked very efficiently to list our house quickly and had an effective marketing plan. This included the use of a professional photographer who took great photos of our home. We had two full-priced offers within four days! Definitely recommend the Scoville Foley team.

Laura Davis of the Scoville Foley Group worked with my husband and I to find our "forever home" in Southern Maine. In a tight market, and relocating from out of state, Laura had her work cut our for her and she rose to the challenge with extensive knowledge of a large regional area and the expertise of a seasoned professional. From our first contact, Laura was not just pleasant and easy to work with but fun and friendly, making the process less stressful even when we encountered some bumps in the road. Her honesty and expertise as a fair but persistent negotiator led to the purchase of our new home and we could not be happier. Her sense of humor kept difficult situations tolerable, as we dealt with the stressors of relocation and was there working on our behalf when we could not drop everything and travel. We would highly recommend Laura and are completely satisfied with our home buying experience.
