Carrie and her team were outstanding. Her professionalism coupled with her practicality and personality were the perfect fit. Carrie was in constant communication with us and was open and honest with her guidance and advice. Her negotiation skills are strong and helped us realize the sale of our home quickly and with the price we wanted. Her team is efficient, knowledgeable, and willing to do whatever is necessary to assist in helping market and sell your home. We would not hesitate to recommend Carrie or work with her and her team again in the future.

Carrie and her Team did an outstanding job leading me and my siblings through the process of selling our mother's home. I picked Carrie just because she was local and seemed to know the area very well. I definitely made the correct choice. They were always updating us on the buyers and where they were in the process, and they answered all of our questions very quickly. I would definitely use Carrie and her team again.

The 5 star rating is not easy with my wife and I. Carrie and her team were OMG truly remarkable at knowing the neighborhood, the comps (High & Low) vs getting us right where we needed to be. We gave her and her team a challenge, solar panels on the house, well if you have dealt with buying or selling a home with solar or even thinking about it--you know it is an area no body really knows too much about yet. Other realtors, didn't want to deal with our house (Cause of the solar); CARRIE's TEAM TOOK IT HEAD ON & DOVE RIGHT IN and figured out the best way to do it and taught us (Sellers) a great deal along the way. One thing we never saw in a realtor before...CARRIE and her tenacity in returning to those interested (Offers made, but not accepted by us) in the home to renegotiate and work on getting their #s into our approval range (She returned to I think 4-5 different families); we have never seen a realtor do this before (We have sold/bought ~5 houses over the year's) TRUELY AWESOME!!! I highly recommend you working with this realty team, 'Elite Group of Keller Williams Success Realty'

We contacted Carrie's team in a panic one night when our previous realtor decided not to work with us during our initial househunting trip. Jessie was amazing -- responsive, knowledgeable, more like a trusted member of our family in how well she represented us. In a difficult buyers' market, she helped us get into properties quickly, write offers, and be as competitive as we could be. We are so pleased with the unit we now own. It would not have happened without Jessie and the support of Carrie's team, including Trisha.
