Mr. Ford was very attentive to all my phone calls at all times I had questions pertaining to my home. His negotiation skills were lacking due to a third party involved. I as the seller was never truly aware of price changes on the property( which changed three times in three weeks). I also lost money due to the lack of communication with Mr. Ford and the probate attorney handling my late fathers Estate. Towards the end of the process I could not trust Mr. Ford’s loyalty or his judgement. I would not recommend Mr Ford for selling your home . However , I would recommend him if you need a great restaurant to dine at .

We had our home built from Long Built Homes. Byron helped us from deciding to purchase and then ultimately building a home. Byron went above and beyond in every step of the way. Building the home was a stressful experience, however knowing Byron was with us every step of the way made things a thousand times easier. I would personally recommend Byron to anyone and most importantly; family and friends. He really is a realtor for life personally for us. Byron stays in touch and we even send him Christmas cards. Thank you Byron for outstanding service to our family!

There is no way anyone could have taken better care of us than Byron did. From the moment I told him we were ready to house hunt to even after closing, Byron was ALWAYS available. We texted daily and I never waited for a reply. Everyone told us how horrible the home buying process would be but it just wasn't true for us and I think we owe it all to Byron and his team. Every question was answered, he graciously dealt with our pickiness and uncertainties, and he was honest and fair with us and other realtors we made inquiries with. I know he is incredibly busy, but he treated us as a priority. I highly recommend Byron R. Ford, Jr. to anyone and everyone buying or selling.

My experience with Mr. Ford was exceptional service. He responded to my calls very quickly. We did the closing within 2 days. I recommend Mr. Ford if you want to have someone work hard for you and get the job done.

I would recommended Byron Ford to anyone. Being a young first time home buyer I was a little nervous and had many questions. Byron made this experience enjoyable and knowledgable and for that I could never thank him enough. Together we found the perfect first home for me! Cant wait too work with him again in the future!
