We have used Brent in the past two years for the purchase of a property, purchase of a house and selling a property when we were unable to build on it. In each circumstance the expertise, advice and service he provided was outstanding in every regard. He looks out for his clients, is responsive to their needs and communication is excellent at every step. For us there is no other realtor in the Spokane area we would ever consider working with. We can not recommend him highly enough.

I was looking for some specific things in a home and Brent was able to find me several homes that met my requirements. Once I decided, the rest of the process went smoothly. Brent was very responsive to my questions on email or text or phone. He was a great agent and I would highly recommend him.

This house purchase was particularly challenging because we had to get three extensions because of the people who purchased our house sold their house to purchase ours and that purchase impacted us all. Brent was instrumental in drafting the extensions and explaining to my wife and I and the seller the need for the extensions. When my wife and I made a counter offer, Brent was on vacation in Mexico. Even though we were interfering with his family vacation, he took charge and submitted the counter and notified us as soon as the seller responded. Brent arranged for us to move our belongings into the garage before the sale was finished as a means of meeting our needs. He made arrangements to meet us at the house and get access on a Saturday. He was also very responsive. I highly recommend Brent to you. He was responsible and quick in addressing anything and everything we needed. We found him to be honest and an effective communicator.

Brent is the best there is! Being a military family, we have purchased several homes from afar. This home was especially important to us as it is our retirement home! We had done a lot of searches in the area prior to contacting Brent. I wanted a mature, knowledgeable and honest agent. We wanted an advocate for us that would take the time needed to make sure, what we wanted is what we were going to get. We needed the real deal; which is exactly why we chose Brent. He viewed some homes my wife and I were really excited about. He broke down each house and the area top to bottom for us. i.e. one needed a new roof, one was built from cheap materials etc. In addition to his honesty, is his incredible work ethic. If you want somebody to go the extra mile for you, Brent is your guy. He always went above and beyond. From start to finish, he always got us an answer in a timely manner. We started the purchase process from Washington DC. Brent took care of everything for us in the local area, in some cases he worked with the bank to get items that were taking too long. I am a hard sell, however Brent Watson knocked it out of the park. We would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!!
