Brenda is simply wonderful. We were referred to her by a friend who has worked with here for a few years. Brenda was quick to contact my husband and I to set up an initial meeting and she was very through on her marking strategy and her initial approach to putting our house on the market. We knew from the first few minutes of our meeting we were going with her as our realtor. She is someone who advocates for her clients and goes to bat on low ball offers. My husband and I were constantly updated and kept in the loop. You cannot find a better realtor than Brenda Samford.

Brenda was incredibly responsive throughout the process while demonstrating patience and concern for our best interest. She gave us the information needed to make an informed decision and shared her opinion when we asked. Brenda was a wonderful advocate as we navigated the home buying process and overall was incredibly friendly and positive throughout!

Brenda was wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgable, loves what she does and very supportive. Brenda was very responsive, even to texts my husband was sending on Mother's Day! She walked us through every step of the process. We plan to work with her again.
