It doesn't get any better in State College. Bob is an expert on the market, has great instincts when it comes to listing and negotiating, and very helpful connections for the ancillary services necessary when selling a home. His advice was greatly appreciated when helping us avoid a sub-par radon mitigation service, for example. He is knowledgeable and trustworthy, and an excellent communicator--he always responded promptly and kept in close contact during the whole process. We wouldn't want to work with anyone else when buying or selling in the State College area!

Bob did a very thorough job for us as first time home sellers. He assisted us with the process the entire time and helped us out after we moved out of state and finalized all of our closing paperwork and documentation. We highly recommended Bob and if we are ever in PA again, we will look him up for help!

We could not be more thrilled to have had the chance to work with Bob. Not only is he TREMENDOUSLY knowledgeable about the State College market, he is one of the nicest and most patient people I have ever met--and EXTREMELY trustworthy.  From the very beginning, he listened to our needs and worked diligently and tirelessly to make our home-buying dreams come true. He is very responsive (Bob, do you sleep!?) and extremely connected in the area. He is so dedicated to his clients that he actually was going to postpone a vacation just to look at a last-minute listing for us! He is just that type of person! As out-of-state purchasers, it was vital that we felt 110% comfortable buying a home sight unseen.   In an extremely competitive real estate market, Bob was invaluable to our success. Even after we closed, he has continued to go above and beyond to provide us with a list of painters, plumbers, movers, and beyond. Bob, thank you. It was a really fun experience and we could NOT have done it without you. Oh, and we LOVE our new home!

Bob provided an outstanding level of service and expertise every step of the way. I especially appreciate his assistance in preparing the apartment for showing, working with the condominium board, managing the various vendors and, I think, securing a great sale price in a very short time. He saved us a great deal of time, and money, by taking care of so many things for us while we were out of state. It was a pleasure working with him.

Bob did an amazing job for us in all aspects of our home search. He was able to explain to us all of the details of the process, quickly respond and coordinate viewings, and walk us thru putting in our offer and helped facilitate the closing. A+ recommended!
