Bernadette knew that my goal was to get my house sold as fast as possible, but also receive fair market value for it. She achieved this goal with flying colors. My house was only on the market for about a week before it was taken off due to 22 offers that had been made on it. Bernadette did the research to list it at a comprable price with other houses that recently sold in the area and she worked her social media and realtor site magic. She always was available to answer any questions I had during the process.

Bernadette was a true professional. Closed the deal under difficult circumstances and handled the situation while being fair and reasonable. Her son Dontae had sold 2 of our other properties and quickly responded to any questions we had. We appreciate their knowledge and experience and would definitely recommend them both.

Finding a house in the current market can be difficult…For the past 2 years I was on and off looking for houses. Bernadette was always there when I was ready to check out homes. She helped me find and purchase my first home! She was very attentive to my needs and very professional.

John was awesome throughout the entire process. He helped us target the right price range and did a fantastic job marketing the house- insuring that anyone shopping knew it was out there. The marketing was so effective that we did not have a chance to do an open house. We had two days of very successful appointments with multiple bids and I feel strongly that John helped us get top dollar for our home. Every question that we had was answered within minutes and he made the selling process smooth. I heard many times from the buyer's realtor how impressed she was with John as well. We have bought and sold multiple homes and this was by far the best.
