Michelle was an exceptional agent! She helped me and my husband find the perfect first home. She helped guide us through every step of the process (which we needed since we didn’t know what we were doing). During the search, she offered helpful insights and explained to us some of the more mechanical differences between the homes (like differences in heating/cooling technology). She helped us manage expectations, craft competitive offers, and coordinate with the sellers during our extended closing to ensure a smooth transition. She really took the time to get to know us and our needs. I cannot say enough positive things about this agent! I would recommend her to anyone especially close family and friends

Joanna is simply the best! She was diligent in finding the right property for me and ensured our offer was presented effectively. I don't understand how a real estate broker can be so poor at communication. Bradly doesn't answer his phone, rarely responds to messages and when he does he gives a 2-3 word answer. When you ask him additional questions or to clarify, good luck getting an answer. I will use one of the thousands of other brokers out there for my real estate needs.
