I don't understand how a real estate broker can be so poor at communication. Bradly doesn't answer his phone, rarely responds to messages and when he does he gives a 2-3 word answer. When you ask him additional questions or to clarify, good luck getting an answer. I will use one of the thousands of other brokers out there for my real estate needs.

There is a saying that there are 10,000 realtors in the USA and 10 good ones. Brad falls in the former category. His communication is extremely poor, he takes forever to respond to messages, responds with 1-2 words, ignores messages he doesn’t want to answer and show a complete lack of interest in dealing with prospective buyers. There are plenty of other, better realtors out there.

Michelle is one of the best realtors around. She is extremely thoughtful, very diligent and understands the needs of her clients very well. Very early on in the process, she took time to deeply understand our priorities and ensured she got us the right options. She is amazingly responsive and was always guiding us through the process. Highly recommended to everyone looking for a best in class realtor.
