I was recommended Arun Patel by a friend while looking for my first house to buy. Arun was extremely helpful through the entire process including viewing various homes across Bakersfield, putting in an offer on a house, and all the way through escrow and closing! Arun went above and beyond in helping me feel comfortable and confident through the process. I absolutely love the new house and know that I got the best deal possible due to Arun.

For someone who expects a check for collecting signatures and pressing a " send " button for a total of 30 min actual work on a sale, I would expect that service to be STELLAR !!! He did not have command of basic communications and was anything but stellar.

We have had Arun as a buyer agent many years ago and also recently as a seller agent. He is dedicated and knowledgeable and quickly responded to any of our questions. We were extremely happy with both transactions. He is honest and a hard worker and we will call him again in the future.

Arun is a fabulous, honest realtor who guided my husband and I through an extremely tough market into the PERFECT FIRST HOME! Did I mention he's honest? Arun advised me several times when a home financially didn't make any sense and would end up essentially trapping my husband and I for longer than we'd probably want. He is extremely knowledgeable of the market, bonds, interest rates, construction costs etc. I was not surprised to see all of the awards for top realtor in his office when my husband and I went to sign an offer. I completely trust Arun and would recommend him to all buyers. My husband and I will most definitely work with him again in the future :)
